After looking at the 7z and the ultra 7z the files are the same size in which case it doesn’t matter which file you use to compress your files.

Looking at the sizes of the three files i noticed that the zip file is the biggest in size. The Bzip file is the smallest in size. So if you want a file to be compressed down to its smallest size from these three slections the Bzip is the best choice.
